### What makes WOVAE different?
WOVAE publishes a third-party PFAS lab test for every production batch — the lab's native PDF, with batch number, test date, lab name, every analyte, and the technician's signature visible. Both briefs share the same high-rise fit — so the everyday and period versions feel identical.

### Is WOVAE really PFAS-free?
Every production batch is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab using both total-organic-fluorine and targeted PFAS panels. The target is non-detect at 10 ppb per analyte. If a batch doesn't clear, it doesn't ship. The full lab report is published on the site with the batch number and test date.

### What does "non-detect" mean?
The analyte was not detected at the lab's reporting limit. It does not mean the substance is mathematically zero. WOVAE uses a 10 ppb per-analyte reporting limit on the targeted panel — about 1,000× finer than total-fluorine-only screening.

### Why 95% organic cotton and not 100%?
5% elastane is what keeps the waistband from digging in and the fit from going baggy after a few washes. 95% is also the minimum threshold the Global Organic Textile Standard uses for its Organic grade — so the fabric is still certified organic.

### When does WOVAE launch?

### Where is WOVAE made?
In a GOTS-certified Fair Trade factory that has been making knit cotton underwear for over a decade. Every finished piece is tested to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I.

### Is WOVAE good for PCOS, sensitive skin, or recurring UTIs?
That is the target audience. High-rise, soft waistband, no compression, 100% cotton against the skin. Sizes XS through 2XL. The period brief is HSA/FSA eligible (subject to plan administrator).

### What's the return policy?
